Valerie Chenier

Valérie joined HealthBeacon’s Customer Care team in June 2018 as a Customer Service Assistant. Originally from Montreal, Quebec in Canada Valérie brings a wealth of experience in customer service. Formerly a translator/interpreter in the medical field, she is well equipped with multi-lingual proficiencies to serve HealthBeacon patients around the world.

In her role, she is the halfway point between the smart sharps technology and the patient using it as part of their treatment. With enthusiasm and experience she helps patients and provides feedback directly to the development team. In her home life, Valérie enjoys playing the piano, travelling and cooking!
