Emilie relocated to Dublin from a sunny French Caribbean island called Guadeloupe where she grew up and achieved her degree in Science. She has been in Ireland since 2008 and has seven years’ experience in customer care service within two multinational companies.
One of the newest members, she joined the HealthBeacon team in February 2017. Her role is one of the most important as the Customer Service Agent part of the Quality and Customer Care Division. She leads the team to assist our patients and healthcare professionals. Emilie is a vibrant addition to the HealthBeacon team. She is constantly high energy with a love of dancing, cooking Caribbean food for friends and the television show “King of Queens”.

Brie joined HealthBeacon’s Dublin team in 2016 after relocating from Phoenix, Arizona, USA. She comes in as the Strategic Marketing Director, with over 10 years in medical and technology fields, she brings valuable global marketing experience to our rapidly growing team. Formerly with the largest private employer in AZ, Banner Health in Phoenix, she joined our team to help create a brand and communication strategy to take HealthBeacon to the next level.
As an avid athlete, she spends her time playing soccer, practicing yoga, golfing and running with her three dogs. She loves reading, watching baseball, and attending concerts. She has a deep love of travel and is always planning her next adventure.

Dave leads our partnerships team building relationships with Pharma and patient support and healthcare providers. Having spent over 25 years working across Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Dave is passionate about using technology and Real World Evidence to advance healthcare quality and improve clinical outcomes
Dave previously worked providing clinical services to complex patients in community. Dave is convinced that patient care must move closer to home and better self-care in long term conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease will markedly reduce costs and improve outcomes for patients with these clinical conditions.
For leisure Dave enjoys the countryside and time with family. He’s a social golfer and intends turning professional as soon as Ireland’s weather mirrors Florida.

Colm is another of the earliest team members to join HealthBeacon after 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland. Having previously worked for several Irish based generics companies, Colm became involved with HealthBeacon since the launch of the initial pharmacy pilot phase. In his current role, Colm works closely with support providers to ensure deployment of HealthBeacon units directly to patients around Ireland. He is also developing the commercial rollout of HealthBeacon throughout community pharmacy nationwide and identifying opportunities for showcasing HealthBeacon to relevant stakeholders in the Irish market.
Residing in Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath (a town in the Midlands, approximately 60km from Dublin) Colm enjoys long country walks with wife Deirdre, son Ciaran and dog Cassie. He loves the outdoors and is a big sports fan, and particularly enjoy all codes of football – Gaelic, Rugby, Soccer and American Football. He loves all types of music, playing guitar and looks forward to his annual holiday in the Spanish sunshine!

Ben joins HealthBeacon fresh off completing a Bachelors of Social Science from University College Dublin. Ben is half Irish half French but has lived nearly his entire life in Dublin. He joins the team to support systems and analysis development and works closely with each department in the company. Ben considers himself very adaptable and looks forward to gaining practical and invaluable industry knowledge.
In his personal life, Ben is a devoted Manchester United fan but enjoys watching most sports. He also enjoys reading, golf and has a passion for travelling and cherishes the time he spent backpacking in Asia.

Andrea joined HB team in August 2016 to lead the charge in establishing HealthBeacon technology throughout Latin America. With a background in International Trade and Business Development for 23 years she has previously worked for the governments of the United Kingdom (UKTI), Switzerland and Ireland (Enterprise Ireland). An experienced manager in the fields of Health IT and medical devices, Andrea previously worked for another Irish Healthcare group before joining HealthBeacon in Brazil leading the team in business development, project implementation and sales in LATAM.
Originally from Curitiba, which is a southern region of Brazil, Andrea loves to travel on holidays with her two kids. She loves to workout, meet with friends and catch up on the latest movies.

Dominick is one of the oldest band members of HB, joining the team in May 2015, playing the Quality drum, ensuring product integrity and functionality. His background is 18 years in engineering, training and quality in the electronics industry. He has worked for various tech companies, most recent being Curtiss Wright Avionics before joining Healthbeacon.
He’s clocking up the miles every day as a thorough Meath man, who is fortunate enough to live by the sea, in Laytown with partner Roxana and son David who was born June 2016. A car fanatic with a soft spot for classics, like his treasured Ford Capri ’71 and numerous Volvos, you could easily recognise a petrol head. He’s taken this to another level by also working as a driving instructor on the side. Loves to walk on the local beach, spend time with his son, and tinker with car engines in his spare time.

Another international player, originally from beautiful Londrina, Brazil, Jomar joined HealthBeacon in April 2017 as the IT Support Engineer. He joins HealthBeacon from Novartis and has a degree in Business Information Systems, Masters in Human Resource and is currently studying for a BSc Degree in Digital Technology and Design. With a varied work history Jomar has done everything from customer service in banking to financial to software development. He found his niche in health informatics and has worked projects in Ireland, the UK, and Australia for companies both big and small.
In his spare time, he loves to travel, learn new things, help others, dogs, coffee, and his electronics. He speaks three languages, has visited more than 40 countries, and suffers from perpetual wanderlust. Most of his time is spent working, studying, and volunteering at the Dogs Trust Ireland.

Originally from Waterford but living in Dublin for all her working life Joyce joined HealthBeacon in May 2016. She may have had humble beginnings with a Health and Safety background in AMANCH Hospital, Joyce quickly moved into the fast-paced world of Quality. Now, with eight years in healthcare which began in the Medical Device manufacturing area where she was highly involved in various audits such as ISO 13485 and AS9100, she quickly had significant impact and leads the entire HealthBeacon quality team. Simultaneously, she is currently finishing her second Masters Degree, an MBA in Trinity College Dublin, as a part time student while being a full-time employee. While this doesn’t allow much free time but she loves to see the world when the opportunities arise.
Joyce is one of those rare people who loves going to the gym and has recently started getting into triathlons and is currently training for her second.

As CTO & Co-founder Kieran has one of the most varied roles, with a primary focus on leading the technology strategy and development tracks from hardware through to the cloud. As a fast growing organisation Kieran enjoys being involved in various other strands of the business from spending time with clients and end users through to Finance and Organisational processes. Kieran has 20 years experience in the technology arena with a particular focus on the intersection of technology and healthcare, where in a past life he built and led the team at wearable sensor company Shimmer, successfully commercialising technology licensed from Intel and served clients in over 60 countries.
In addition to his busy work life, Kieran serves as the Chairman of BioBusiness, an industry association that promotes the Life Science and Health Technology Sector across the island of Ireland and as a member of the Science Gallery Dublin Leonardo group. This is a group of up to 50 Irish and international leaders from business, science, arts, design and media who provide input into Science Gallery’s programme.
In his valuable spare time, he loves spending it with his active family, as well as running, experiencing the outdoors and working on his vinyl collection.

As the design director, Kyle creates products and software that make healthcare more connected to improve patient outcomes by helping healthcare providers and life science companies make more informed data driven decisions. As a native Canadian, Kyle spent a few years in Dublin where he founded Ultrasound Dimensions before relocating to Montreal to help establish HealthBeacon’s first North American office.
For fun, Kyle enjoys sailing, sipping cortados, listening to deep house or chill beats, traveling to tropical islands, watching documentaries, photography, reading biographies and going to the gym, in that order.

Lara has recently joined the HealthBeacon team as a Project Manager, she will support with the implementation of HealthBeacon across a number of markets. A qualified Engineer with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, before joining the team Lara worked with Accenture, a global Technology Consulting Company. Lara spent almost three years supporting Accenture’s clients on a number of high priority implementation projects.
Lara is from Dublin, in her spare time she enjoys cooking and sport – running and tennis being her current favorites! Lara has a soft spot for penguins, following a trip to a penguin sanctuary in Argentina she just can’t get enough of them!

Laura joined HealthBeacon in their incubation period, as their first employee back in 2014. Laura has over 10 years PA experience within a number of different industries, including Legal and Pharma. She spent her recent years before joining HB at Pfizer pharmaceuticals as EA to the Medical and Specialty Director’s, during which time she expanded her studies in Event and Project Management. Laura’s role has evolved during her years at HB which has allowed her the opportunity to work across a number of different areas of the business.
Laura is very passionate about her voluntary work, and works as a teacher in the south of Dublin during her days off. She loves travelling, meeting new people and exploring new cultures. She has a great love of art, and enjoys playing tennis…. and exploring new whiskeys, interesting combo.

Pacifique is one of the newest additions to our team. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he relocated to Ireland in 2005. In 2016, he graduated with a Bachelor in electronic engineering from The Dublin Institute of Technology in Tallaght (ITT). Currently working as an assistant technician, Pacifique is a dedicated and hardworking employee whom over the years, has built his experience through various roles. He has developed a level of expertise in the technical engineering field, working for companies such as Real-Time Technology before making the shift to join our team.
During his free time, Pacifique loves to read autobiographies and self-help books. He loves spending time with friends, but also love traveling and discovering new places and people.

After 20 years in the Healthcare sector having previously worked in UDG PlC and Uniphar Group in Senior executive roles Paul joined HealthBeacon in 2016. Paul brought his extensive experience to support the leadership team in delivery of strategic objectives for the business and the Commercial team in the achievement of their Sales Targets. Paul was heavily involved in our business planning and 2016 Fund-Raising. As a true Limerick man, Paul is a self-declared avid Munster Rugby fanatic. In his free time, Paul is always moving forward and says crossing the finish line of a race is one of his favourite things. He also enjoys training academy kids in Kill FC and Kill GAA.

Richard joined HealthBeacon in November 2015 as Manager of Strategic Projects after previously working for Enterprise Ireland’s Lifescience Investment team partnering and helping Irish enterprises grow, innovate and scale on global markets. Richard spent four years in the US as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Cornell University Weill Medical School doing cancer research after obtaining his PhD in Pharmacology from University College Dublin. Richard’s vital project work is what helps drive the HealthBeacon’s expansion in our overseas portfolio.
Born and raised in Ireland, Richard spends his time hanging out with his family. As a self-professed motor enthusiast, he enjoys fixing and building vintage cars and motorbikes and occasionally racing in motorsporting events.

Sean joined HealthBeacon in December of 2016 as the Director of U.S. Operations. In addition to overseeing the launch of HealthBeacon’s new Boston location, Sean will be responsible for preparing the Boston office to meet the growing demand for HealthBeacon’s services. Sean has experience working for global brands such as Fidelity Investments and Accenture, as well as for small start-up organizations.
Sean enjoys playing and coaching soccer and snowboarding with his wife and three children.
Tracey joined HealthBeacon to bring a font of industry knowledge to help optimize our operations and teach the team financial responsibility. Tracey works for BLG Consultants and is a qualified CPA with over 20 years experience in various industries including pharmaceutical, telecoms, distribution, construction and hospitality Tracey came to HealthBeacon through BLG Financial Consultants.
A life-long Dubliner, Tracey loves to walk when the weather permits, read when she has the time and travel the world. Born fourth in a line of six kids, with over 50 cousins, Tracey calls herself a natural born mediator, ready to solve any of the problems that face us.
